This workspace is your agency control plane. One Tasks database, one Hub page, corpus pages for each area of work, General Guidance, and Resources — all pre-wired so you can start dispatching work to your agents immediately.

How to use this template

1. Duplicate this page — click the ... menu in the top-right corner of this page and choose "Duplicate".
2. Read the README — full setup instructions are in the agency-os GitHub repository: https://github.com/ratamaha-git/agency-os
3. Install the plugin — follow the README to add the agency-os plugin to your harness.
4. Configure model selection (non-Claude harnesses only) — run /agency-os init to pick models for easy/med/hard tasks. Claude Code handles this automatically.
5. Run scaffold — run /agency-os scaffold with your Notion integration token configured. The skill will bind to the duplicated workspace and write notion-pointers.json.
